Why this page exists
Wrecked is designed as the fast preview layer for Rail Wrecked. Social links are useful, but a page made entirely of bare URLs is hard to browse, hard to trust, and weak for search discovery. This page solves that by giving every X status its own embedded preview card, its own short description, and a direct outbound source link.
The result is a cleaner user path. People can land on Rail Wrecked, open Wrecked, scan the preview wall, and decide what deserves a click. The page keeps attention on the collection first instead of forcing visitors to bounce immediately from one external link to another.
The page also gives the site more durable internal structure. The navigation links to Wrecked, the footer links to Wrecked, and the latest and archive pages include it as a crawlable destination. That matters because embedded social content can be unpredictable, while the surrounding HTML stays stable and readable.
If X rate limits a visitor, blocks an embed, or delays the widget script, each card still shows the status ID, explanatory copy, and a source link. That fallback behavior keeps the archive usable even when third-party previews are slow or unavailable.
